About us:

My name is David Amick. I have lived in the area for over 25 years. My passion is to help people. My hobby was LED Flashlights. But, all that changed one day while I was helping a friend get his home ready for his foster parent inspection. My hobby and my passion collided in my friends basement. We were working in his basement on a project in the dark and he took out his flashlight to help me see. It was your standard issue police light (he is a local patrol officer). I believe that it was a Stinger. I was picking on him about how dim it was. I thought he was joking with me. I just knew that the police, of all people, would have the best of everything. I found out that this was the light that he carried every day and depended on for his very life. I had my old faithful Olight T20R Special Editon, on my hip. I handed it to my friend so that I could see. When he clicked the tailcap and the whole basement lit up, he was astounded. He immediately began playing with the T20R and that was the end of the work for a while. He could not believe that a light that small could do such a great job. The next thing I knew my light was out on loan. This same friend is a fire arms trainer for a local police department and was having a night shoot training class. When he went to the line at 50 yards and lit up the target he was aiming at and the three on each side, everyone was amazed. The other officers had everything from Surefires to Mag lites, LED, and Incandescent. Nothing came close to the little Olight. When he came over to bring back my light (reluctantly), he said that "" had to have one of those lights". After talking to him and finding out that everyone he worked with was using lights that were no better than his, I decided that someone needed to help educate these people in the ways of the LED flashlight, and not just any light. The Olight brand that I had been using for the last two years just happened to be looking for a distributor in the area. Well, one thing led to another and what do you know, I became the Local Wholesale dealer as well. I work directly with the factory to bring the best affordable lights to everyone who needs and depends on them for his/her safety and very lives. I have to give credit to God, this was not anything that was on my mind. I love flashlights and all, don't get me wrong, but I never thought that I would have so many flashlights (and my wife sure didn't either). My wife said that I had an addiction before this. Now it is like a kid in the candy store. I get all the latest Olight flashlights to " Display and Demo". I also get to talk to fellow gun-lovers and lots of law enforcement personnel who love flashlights almost as much as I do. My goal is to educate people on what a real tool that a " good" flashlight can be in defensive and offensive situations and allow those who need it the most to get up to date flashlights at an affordable price. If it helps keep my friends, who risk their lives to protect us, a little safer and make doing their job easier, then that is all I could ask for. I hope you will take a look at what we have to offer. All of our lights carry a lifetime warranty. If you don't purchase an Olight, invest in a good light. Don't rely on just whatever you dug out of the junk drawer. Your safety and that of someone you care for could depend on it. David Amick and Family.
